On behalf of Holcim Polska S.A., we are pleased to invite you to participate in the tendering process for the core equipment delivery for modernization of the existing cement grinding line No.3 with roller press in Kujawy Cement Plant, Poland.

Please find attached the ITT (Instruction to Tenderer) document, which outlines the project purpose and detailed requirements for tender preparation.

Please note that the entire set of tendering documentation (including technical annexes and process data) will be sent to the Tenderer only after formal registration of interest and the signing of a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

If you intend to submit a Tender, please:

1. Complete the attached NDA template with your company's information.
2. Return the signed NDA to the Owner’s Representative (Bogdan Kaczmarek: bogdan.kaczmarek@holcim.com).

Upon receipt of the signed NDA, we will provide you with access to all remaining annexes and documents on the purchasing platform.
