Holcim Polska S. A. invites you to submit an offer for engineering and Supply of PHT Parts located in Cementownia KUJAWY, Bielawy 88-190 Piechcin.
Scope of Work
The scope of this RFQ includes but is not limited to:
1. Engineering Services – Design verification, technical assessment, and compliance with industry standards.
2. Method Statement - document that outlines the specific process, procedures, and safety measures that will be followed to complete a project
3. Manufacturing & Supply – Production and delivery of PHT parts as per the specifications provided.
4. Quality Assurance – Compliance with relevant quality standards and certifications.
5. Delivery Schedule – Timely delivery as per agreed timelines.
6. Documentation – Submission of all required technical documents, test reports, and certifications.
7. Calculation - calculation of PHT static for new design.
Technical Specifications
- Cyclone stage C5A and C5B (top) - Dewed acid inside, New temperature profile in PHT
- V channel to cyclones C5A and C5B - Dewed acid inside. New temperature profile in PHT
- Cyclone stage C4 - Dewed acid inside. New temperature profile in PHT
- Cyclone stage C1 at Inlet (Calciner (CA) -connection) - Accumulation material on inlet to Cyclone 1. New temperature profile in PHT

Interested suppliers are requested to submit a quotation including the following details:
• Itemized pricing with unit costs (each part separatly: cyclone C5A, cyclone C5B, V channel to cyclone 5A-5B, cyclone 4, Inlet to Cyclone 1
• Lead time and delivery schedule
• Warranty and after-sales support
• Payment terms
• Validity of the quotation
• Any other relevant terms and conditions
Preliminary delivery time:
- Method statement: 30.05.2026
- Design: 30.06.2026
- Supply: to be annonce, at latest CW1 2026
